Registration is open for the 2024 Small Business Resources Fair.
The Africa2World Foundation is thrilled to announce that registration is open for the 2024 Small Business Resources Fair. The Fair brings support and opportunities to local Black and immigrant entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses and those looking to start one or expand to Connecticut, United States. The Africa2World Foundation strongly encourages artists and creators looking for resources and information to start their art businesses or looking to be involved in cultural entrepreneurship to attend.
Understanding that not all blacks and immigrants have equal access to entrepreneurship development services and business education, the 2024 Small Business Resources Fair seeks to close this gap in access and take necessary measures, such as language interpretation services and inclusive communication that will be culturally and linguistically appropriate.
The resource fair offers business owners the ability to learn how to better navigate City rules and regulations, helps entrepreneurs access resources to boost their business and provides a platform for business owners to receive services, including free business courses, financing and M/WBE certification.
